hello world!

Seemingly, you notice I dont really blog in a very regular fashion. Haha. sometimes I find it quite difficult to put all my thoughts and feelings down in a limited time and a limited space. So I found out the most effective way that works fantastically for me!

10 things thats on my mind right now

1) My Mac hung for the second time since i first purchased it!

2) Dreading to start school and contemplating if i should go for SMU's orientation

3) Bringing my mom and dad for AE weekend this week

4) I miss my grandma! :(

5) Excited for the new restructure. E2 is even more happening now! If you are from E2 and you are reading this! Seeyou tomorrow at Chomps2!

6) Seeing more leaders rise up in the new CGs. go go Grow!

7) Pst Josh Kelsey's blog is awesome! www.change.org.au go check it out! :) Click on Josh and Georgie's blog.

He mentioned about how connect groups really inspired him. If you are in a connect group today, be thankful for it! :) 

8) Derry's twin brother, Elson Lam came! =) Now, the nearly the WHOLE family is in church! Seeing how Kesia and Derry was so excited to have their eldest brother come to church, my heart was so filled with gladness! Adopt your family today!

9) Feel like eating ah-balling now... Heh heh

I finally pass my BTT! haha phew...

Haha I have to tell everyone who is alive in the blogging world about this. Just as God said to me nich sam about building leaders.. the desire was placed in many hearts from that day on. 

Ivy is so awesome! She used to come in just as a simple but quite complicated sec 2 girl... Now, maybe taking after her leader.. She is small on the outside, but way mightier on the inside!! :D Seriously, dont judge a book by its cover. Some covers may not be fantastic, but when you begin to open it up, you'll be amazed!

While I was praying and asking God for a word yesterday for prayer meeting,

haha been a month since i last blogged...

Life have been quite busy! Busy-ing around with the rest of the peeps. haha

Pastors, Rinnah, Aunty Lilian and Uncle goh came back today! :) Was so happy to see them again though they have only been away for one week. Was with Pastors all the way and stayed overnight! It is such a privilege mann (: Here i am, sitting in the living room jotting all my thoughts down in random motion.


10 things thats happen during the last one month:
1) Pastor Joakim and family came over. Had a great time with them!

2) Pastor Joakim prayed for me and I had a vision that building leaders will be easy!

3) We are in the season of a Mac-volution.

4) Quek went into army and came out. He shared christ with his bunkmate and bunkmate was saved!!!

5) Busy preparing for something very important (heh-heh)

6) Revival sparked out in CCHM and JYSS
CCHM total - 9 people!
JYSS total - 16 people!

7) Vanessa han got a WHEE(?)

8) Cheryl Ng is in love with me :)

9) Chloe overcame her fear for cartoon turtles after kungfu panda! yay!

10) I caught Narnia twice but it was double-ly awesome

Just a few moments before I fall asleep... Just wanna blog down some of the thoughts I have.

Spent some time with God just a while ago, though I am physically very tired, I just felt so lifted up in the Spirit. Sang the song, " Here in my life". If you ask me whats the song that holds dear in my heart, this song says it all. During these few weeks, God is bringing me to a newer level and I am finding myself even more in love with the things that I am doing.

Its really quite sometime since I led someone to Christ. I just did last weekend! :) The sweet victory. The joy you get knowing the person is going to Heaven empowers me! Seeing how zihao took the first step of faith in joining us for worship session made my heart cry out for more of God's presence to come down so that he'll also experience God. Seeing the young in faith, closing their eyes, unsure of whats going on but having faith that God hears and God knows... It gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling in my heart. It always does.

I really dont want to sleep and rest now but i have to!! ughhh. On a brighter note, this weekend is RED RAIN CONCERT 2008! tickets are running out! Grab yours today! :)

Woke up in the morning and read TIME magazine on the world's top 100 most influential people. I was so blown away... One thing that Stevie Wonder wrote about Mariah Carey was this.. " Mariah Carey didnt break all those sales records just because she's beautiful. She has perseverance and consistency. You need the two: the ability to keep going and the ability to keep doing the right thing." Whoa... Simple words but so true.

Monday was fun. Went to East Coast park with Sammmmm, Weiling and fedora! haha it was plain PERSEVERANCE man!

Pastors flew off yesterday morning. My life seems abit empty without my Pastors and my ZL. Garrett! We will SURPRISE you when you are back!! muahahh

Was in the office yesterday with Darren Liane Jiaxin and Leonard... Then went to catch supper at the usual Dim Sum place. Haha crossed the road after that and ate Durian! We ate Durian with TONS of juice. hahha in the midst of enjoying the yellow fruit. Noel said sometime really funny. " Eh, do you know that geylang is going to be the next CBD." The rest of us were like "HUH!". haha we shall wait and see.

Till then, exams are nearly over for the sec school people! yay!! Welcome back to life! :)

haha long time since i sat down, gathered my thoughts and translate it into a blog entry :)

Got a call from NTU today and i have to go down for interview at 10am at the eng lit department meaning i didnt get my first choice mann :(

Oh well, on the brighter note I am in rinnah's room watching her sleep. She is so sweet :)

thats all for now... I am so determined to set some spiritual disciplines in my life. It has been so good and refreshing.
